As such, returns and exchanges are easy. To initiate a return or exchange, please Whatsapp us or Mail us with your name, order number, and return / exchange request. We'll review your request and get back to you with further details. It's advisable to frequently check your junk folder.
All returns and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from when you receive your order, due to COVID-19 measures, the item must be unopened, and in brand packaging.
We advise reading the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.

Bathrobe sets have standard sizes, please check if it fits on you.
If you have stretched the products out in any way, washed them or worn them, we cannot accept an exchange/refund request as we cannot restock the items according to our policy and hygiene risks. Each item must be complete with original tags and packaging when being shipped to us.
Shipping charges & return custom charges will be your responsibility. However, we will bear the delivery cost of the newly exchanged product for the customers located in the United Arab Emirates.
Trackable courier services are recommended when shipping the products to us.
