Delivery / Shipping Policy


A direct signature is required on all orders. Shipa obtains a signature from someone at the delivery address.

All orders have a processing time of;

  • For Next Day Delivery, the Customer is required to upload the orders by 13:00 latest  UAE Standard Time.
  • Friday and Public Holiday delivery are not available. Orders placed on weekends or a holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

The shipping cost of items are determined by destination and shipping method as stated below;

Order Cancellation

You may be able to cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process." If the order status is "shipped," it cannot be revoked. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.

Items that are advertised "as is," "discontinued item," "clearance," are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be canceled or returned.


Customer Service

Shipa Delivery will get delivery confirmation from end clients by making contact through text messages. 

Two consecutive days of follow up text messages will be sent to the end client in case the initial contact was unsuccessful.
